Rockstar Confirms they adde Mictrotransactions feature for GTA V Multiplayer / Online games. Microtransactions Feature of GTA V are targeted for some players who want to get Cars, Weapons and many other GTA V items more quick ( just little quick ). Rockstar say they have balanced Game economy and the game doesn't have In Game Paywall, so you who doesn't like Spend Real Money just for unlocked the new Level
wouldn't be dissapointed.

In a post on Rockstar Newswire, Rockstar explained that “if you’re the completely instant gratification type, you can choose to buy denominations of GTA$. You will have the option to purchase GTA$ through the in-game Store. The game and its economy have been designed and balanced for the vast majority of players who will not buy extra cash. There is no in-game paywall and nothing that should disrupt the balance of the game. You don’t have to spend real money to attain the cars, guns, clothes, flash and style of a high-roller in Los Santos, but can if you wish to get them a little quicker.”

If you choose to use GTA V microtransactions feature, you will be able to Get GTA$ , GTA$ could be use to get weapons, cars , clothings and many other items quicker, but it can disrupt the game balance, so it just option to have fun , when your friend haven't have fancy Weapons you have it at your disposal, but it would make you GTA v God at one night.
